Community board

We have a community board located in the clubhouse! If you want to add something to it, please feel free to bring it by the office for approval and we will put it up for you! Also, make sure to stop by and check the board out to see if anything is of interest to you.

Rain Bar and Grill

The retail space is finally taking shape! Rain Bar and Grill is an adult only establishment. Make sure to stop by and see what it’s all about. Also, if you have not noticed the sign for The J-Spa has gone up. The owner of the spa is anticipating opening late spring! We are very excited to have these new additions to the community.

reserved parking

As a reminder ALL covered spaces are reserved even if there is no sign in the stall. If you would like your own covered space please stop by the office to see what is available. Covered parking is $60 per month per space. We do also have reserved uncovered spaces as well! If you would like a reserved uncovered space those are $30 per month. Please do not park in a reserved space unless it is assigned to you. All other parking is open parking.  We appreciate your cooperation.

BBQ PaTIO

We are waiting for the weather to get better so we can start enjoying the BBQ patio. We have new furniture going in and we now have the T.V set up so you can check out the remote in the office and watch the Duck games, listen to music or watch your favorite show. We will be checking out the remote during office hours so you can enjoy the TV, BBQ and patio even while we are not here. Stop by the office for more details.

 

As a reminder rent can be paid online at www.greenleafriverwalk.com please stop by the office or shoot us an email if you need your account number when setting up your account. Rent is always due the 1^st of the month and late after the 4^th. Please make sure to pay the correct amount of rent each month as credits and balance affect our accounting. If you have any questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to reach out to us in the office.

Work Orders

Here at Green Leaf Riverwalk we strive to make sure work orders are completed within 24 hours. Do not hesitate to submit a work order if something isn’t working.

Pet Waste

We love being a pet friendly community and we need your help so we can continue. Please pick up after your pets. We provide doggie bags for your use. We appreciate everyones help.

Smoking

Please remember that all smoking is not allowed on the property. You must be 30ft. away from the building and common areas to smoke. Also please remember to dispose of cigarette butts properly. We  appreciate everyones cooporation.

Noise

We want everyone to enjoy their home peacefully. Please remember when closing doors, they tend to slam shut. In the early mornings and evenings this can feel louder since the buildings are quieter. Please try to close the doors with this in mind. Music, loud talking/TV’s, moving furniture can feel just as loud for neighbors during this time as well. We just ask that everyone respects each other and be aware that noises are louder when life quiets down in the buildings.

Pool Update

We are preparing to open the pool soon. The weather is a big part of the opening schedule. We will keep everyone updated for the opening.

 

Pressure Washing

We are going to be pressure washing the awnings to the entrances and the sidewalks over the month of May. So please be aware we will be at various parts of the property cleaning up based on the weather.
